Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Database Administrator to manage and optimize our clients' database systems. You'll ensure data availability, integrity, and security across platforms.

Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and upgrade database servers. • Monitor database performance and tune systems. • Implement backup and recovery procedures. • Manage database security and access controls. • Develop database automation scripts. • Collaborate with developers on database design. • Perform data migration and transformation. • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery. • Document database configurations. • Troubleshoot database issues. • Stay updated on new database technologies. • Mentor junior DBAs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of experience as a DBA. • Proficiency with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL. • Experience with database replication and clustering. • Strong understanding of database security. • Excellent analytical skills. • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Salary Range
$130,000 - $160,000
