• Serve as the main technical contact for clients. • Understand client needs and provide solutions. • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services. • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns. • Provide technical guidance and support. • Develop account plans and strategies. • Stay updated on product offerings. • Prepare reports on account status. • Identify opportunities for upselling. • Participate in client meetings and presentations. • Ensure contractual obligations are met. • Assist in resolving technical issues.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. • 5+ years of account management experience. • Strong technical background. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Authorized to work in the U.S.
