• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. • Install and configure hardware and software. • Troubleshoot system and network issues. • Provide technical support to staff. • Set up user accounts and manage access controls. • Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. • Assist with backups and disaster recovery. • Document IT procedures and configurations. • Update systems with the latest patches. • Support the roll-out of new applications. • Collaborate with IT team on projects. • Stay informed about new technologies.
