• Manage a team of IT support specialists. • Develop support policies and procedures. • Monitor service levels and performance metrics. • Collaborate with clients to understand support needs. • Implement training programs for support staff. • Handle escalated support issues. • Coordinate with other departments for seamless service. • Develop strategies to improve support efficiency. • Manage support tools and technologies. • Stay updated on industry best practices. • Report on support operations to leadership. • Ensure compliance with service agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. • 5+ years of experience in IT support. • Management experience required. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Experience with remote team management. • Eligible to work in the U.S.

Annual Salary Range

$135,000 - $165,000
