Responsibilities
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. • Remove impediments to team progress. • Ensure adherence to agile methodologies. • Collaborate with product owners on backlog management. • Coach team members on agile principles. • Monitor team performance and report on metrics. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams. • Document processes and best practices. • Stay updated on agile trends. • Manage stakeholder expectations. • Assist in resource planning.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Salary Range
$125,000 - $155,000
