Responsibilities
• Respond to technical support inquiries. • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. • Collaborate with engineering teams on complex problems. • Document support cases and resolutions. • Provide training to clients on product usage. • Monitor system performance and alerts. • Participate in on-call rotations. • Stay updated on product developments. • Assist in developing support documentation. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Escalate issues when necessary. • Contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field. • 2+ years of technical support experience. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Familiarity with IT systems and networks. • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Salary Range
$115,000 - $145,000
