Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. • Document customer interactions and solutions. • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support. • Assist with setting up equipment and installations. • Provide training to users on basic system functions. • Maintain a knowledge base of common issues. • Collaborate with team members to resolve problems. • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution. • Stay updated on product information and updates. • Contribute to process improvements. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred. • Strong customer service skills. • Basic knowledge of computer systems and networks. • Excellent communication skills. • Problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to work flexible hours. • Eligible to work in the U.S.

Annual Salary Range

$88,000 - $105,000
