Responsibilities
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures. • Lead remote security teams in identifying threats. • Manage security incidents and coordinate responses. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations. • Conduct security risk assessments and audits. • Collaborate with IT teams to enforce security measures. • Oversee security awareness training programs. • Report on security metrics to stakeholders. • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and threats. • Manage security budgets and resources. • Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans. • Mentor team members in a remote environment.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field. • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity. • Management experience required. • Certifications like CISSP or CISM preferred. • Strong knowledge of security frameworks. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • U.S. citizenship required.

Annual Salary Range
$175,000 - $195,000
