We are seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to oversee our clients' security infrastructures remotely. You'll develop strategies to protect against cyber threats and lead a team of security professionals.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement comprehensive security architectures. • Lead security incident response efforts. • Develop security policies and procedures. • Conduct security audits and assessments. • Collaborate remotely with IT teams to integrate security solutions. • Stay updated on emerging security threats and trends. • Manage security tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS. • Provide guidance on compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). • Mentor and train junior security engineers. • Coordinate with stakeholders to address security concerns. • Develop and test disaster recovery plans. • Oversee vulnerability management programs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field. • 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity. • Certifications like CISSP, CISM preferred. • Strong leadership skills. • Excellent communication for remote collaboration. • U.S. citizenship required.

Annual Salary Range
$160,000 - $190,000
