• Conduct user research and usability testing. • Develop user personas and journey maps. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. • Collaborate with product managers and developers. • Lead design reviews and incorporate feedback. • Stay updated on UX design trends. • Ensure designs align with client branding. • Document design guidelines and standards. • Mentor junior designers. • Optimize designs for accessibility. • Use tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. • Present designs to stakeholders remotely.

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. • 5+ years of experience in UX design. • Strong portfolio showcasing UX projects. • Proficient in design tools. • Excellent communication skills. • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Salary Range
$140,000 - $160,000
