We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to streamline our clients' software development and deployment processes. You'll lead a team to automate and optimize workflows, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery of applications.

Responsibilities
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines. • Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Ansible or Puppet. • Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes. • Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure. • Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. • Ensure system reliability and scalability. • Develop scripts to automate tasks. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. • Implement security best practices in the DevOps process. • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers. • Document processes and configurations. • Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools and methodologies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of experience in DevOps. • Strong experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins. • Proficient in scripting languages like Python or Bash. • Experience with containerization and orchestration. • Leadership experience preferred. • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
