• Develop and implement QA methodologies. • Lead a team of QA engineers. • Design test plans and test cases. • Automate testing processes. • Collaborate with development teams. • Report on testing activities and results. • Ensure compliance with quality standards. • Stay updated on QA best practices. • Conduct performance and security testing. • Mentor team members. • Manage defect tracking processes. • Coordinate with stakeholders remotely.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years of QA experience. • Leadership experience required. • Proficient in testing tools and frameworks. • Excellent communication skills. • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Salary Range
$135,000 - $165,000
